Repair of, or servicing and refurbishment of office machines is at the heart of what we do. It's the reason CRC started trading back in 1978 and we love helping people by fixing their equipment.

Repairing office machines has many advantages: it helps to cut down on plastic pollution and electronic waste (e-waste) which is helping to protect the our planet, it means fewer new resources are needed to manufacture replacement machines, and it helps save people and businesses money by extending the life of their machines. CRC is proud to have repaired more than 150,000 office machines since we began but it's a drop in the ocean compared with the amount of e-waste being created. With your support, we want to do our bit to try to reduce e-waste and help our customers to save money in the process.

CRC (Tasktron Ltd) are the sole Authorised Repair Centre for the Leitz range of Laminators, Binders, Shredders, Punches and Stapling equipment, both IN and OUT of Warranty. And as main UK suppliers for Brother, Canon, Citizen, Dymo, Epson, Esselte, Leitz, Oki, Philips and Xyron we can offer a repair service for all of these manufacturers.

As the authorised supplier of Canon spare parts we are able to fix their printers, multifunctional devices, faxes, scanners, cameras and photo video equipment.

Our products coverage is extensive: all inkjet & laser printers and multifunctionals, fax machines, laminators, shredders, professional DR document scanners, personal scanners and calculators.

If your ACCO Brand machine is under warranty, please ensure that you enclose a valid "proof of purchase" (purchased within the last 24 months) when sending your machine in to us for repairs.

Our charges for "out of warranty" machine repairs start from just £20.00 with a flat fee of just £39.50 labour for more complex repairs (no matter how long it takes), plus parts, carriage - where applicable - and VAT at 20%.

Machines Come with a 6-Month Guarantee

All our machines are supplied with a guarantee for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of delivery, according to the type of purchase as set out below. This excludes faults caused by accidental damage, misuse or neglect. It also excludes Printheads and spare parts which come with a 30-day exchange only warranty – subject to inspection by our technicians.

Any parts used to repair an office machine means your repaired machine is automatically covered by CRC's Guarantee - Brother reconditioned machines come with a 12-month repairs warranty and all other reconditioned machines they come with a 6-month return to CRC warranty.

Reconditioned: Reconditioned or refurbished machines are products that have been refurbished to original manufacturers specifications. Reconditioned products are fully tested, cleaned and where possible restocked to original manufacturers specifications.
A-Grade: A-Grade machines are re-boxed as new products fully tested and where possible repacked to original manufacturer specifications.
