We offer a Free Local Collection option on products we have in stock. If this option is available, it will show automatically at the checkout stage.

We offer Free Delivery on order over £100 and on selected items. If applicable, the free delivery option shows at the checkout stage.

Deliveries are only made to UK Mainland and UK Island addresses. We typically use UPS carriers and the Royal Mail to distribute orders. Dependent on size and value, a signature will normally be required so please give an address where this can be obtained.

We offer Next Working Day Delivery on Printheads, Toners & Inks if orders are received before 2pm between Monday and Friday, most other products will be delivered within 3-5 days (though often it is less).

Whenever possible we reuse packaging as much as possible to cut down on unecessary waste.


All our machines are supplied with a guarantee for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of delivery, according to the type of purchase as set out below. This excludes faults caused by accidental damage, misuse or neglect. It also excludes Printheads and Spare parts which come with a 30-day exchange only warranty – subject to inspection by our technicians.

  • New: new machines are brand new and boxed. They come with full manufacturer’s warranty.
  • A-Grade: A-Grade machines are re-boxed as new products fully tested and repacked to original manufacturers specifications. A-Grade machines come with 6 months return to CRC warranty.
  • Reconditioned:Reconditioned machines are products that have been refurbished to original manufacturers specifications. Reconditioned products are fully tested, cleaned and restocked to original manufacturers specifications. Reconditioned machines come with 6 months return to CRC warranty. Brother machines come with a 12-month warranty.

Your right to cancel - We hope you are pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to cancel an order, you may do so from the time you placed the order up until the goods are dispatched and we will refund the full amount for the order. Once items are dispatched, we offer a refund if items are returned "As New" and in a fully resellable condition (excluding print heads and spare parts which are non returnable) but you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If goods are not faulty or damaged we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee. We strongly advise that you get a certificate of posting from your chosen carriers so that you can claim compensation from them should the goods/parcel not reach us.

Where possible we check that products are in full working order before items are dispatched, however, inevitably an occasional fault may go unnoticed or occur soon after purchase, in which case we will be happy to take back damaged or faulty goods and exchange or refund your money including return postage costs. To obtain an exchange or refund please return goods to us within 28 days of receipt of goods.

As a general rule you may like to use Royal Mail for smaller and medium packages and a courier service like UPS for larger items. If you use Royal Mail, you can get a certificate of posting (free of charge) so that you can claim compensation from Royal Mail if the goods do not reach us. If the goods have a significant retail value (generally more than £30) you are advised to use a Royal Mail service that includes additional insurance to cover your goods, should they go missing on route to us. Royal Mail's standard parcel service is generally the most economical way to obtain additional insurance.

CRC reserves the right under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 not to accept returns of audio or video recordings or computer software, where the consumer has unsealed the goods.

Please make sure that you include details of your name, order/invoice number and whether you would like us to exchange your unsuitable/faulty goods or give a refund where appropriate.

We’ve been an authorised repairer and reseller of office machines for more than 45 years so we’re experienced to help you make the right choices if you’re buying new and we will be there to fix things if things go wrong.

We have specialist product knowledge of many obsolete and current office machines and aim to provide a fast low-cost repairs service of the highest quality. So far as it is reasonable, equipment is restored as closely as possible to condition as new, in performance and appearance.

Generally, we support the repair of most kinds of office equipment including calculators, typewriters, fax machines, dictation equipment, copiers, printers, scanners, label, sticker, laminator and magnet makers, document binders, cutting systems and other craft products, teaching aids and more, all to the same standard of excellence. We’ve all got to do more to cut down on electronic waste and the harmful effects this can have on the environment, wildlife and human health.

If you do want to dispose of your old electronic office equipment then we will take-back and dispose of this for you in an environmentally responsible way when you buy a new machine in its place. Find out more baout our take back scheme.


We supply genuine spare parts for many Canon Business Machines and Cameras. Stock is not always listed on our site as supply of spare parts is variable, but if you would like to check whether we have a part in stock or can source one for you please get in touch. Our opening hours are 8.30-5.00 Monday to Friday. All enquiries will be answered within 4 working hours (Standard Rate).


If you have a discontinued office machine such as a multifunctional or single function printer, scanner, or laser printer, your model number may now be discontinued which makes it harder to find spare parts, accessories and consumables. CRC might be able to help! We are skilled at sourcing goods for machines and we can service or repair most machines to full working order. If your machine is not fixable or is not cost effective to repair, we can advise you about buying a replacement model instead. It's always worth contacting us to see if we can help.


CRC only supply to customers in the UK. All electrical products are 220-240 Volts and are fitted with UK plugs.
