Where possible we check that products are in full working order before items are dispatched, however, inevitably an occasional fault may go unnoticed or occur soon after purchase, in which case we will be happy to take back damaged or faulty goods and exchange or refund your money including return postage costs. To obtain an exchange or refund please return goods to us within 28 days of receipt of goods.
As a general rule you may like to use Royal Mail for smaller and medium packages and a courier service like UPS for larger items. If you use Royal Mail, you can get a certificate of posting (free of charge) so that you can claim compensation from Royal Mail if the goods do not reach us. If the goods have a significant retail value (generally more than £30) you are advised to use a Royal Mail service that includes additional insurance to cover your goods, should they go missing on route to us. Royal Mail's standard parcel service is generally the most economical way to obtain additional insurance.
CRC reserves the right under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 not to accept returns of audio or video recordings or computer software, where the consumer has unsealed the goods.
Please make sure that you include details of your name, order/invoice number and whether you would like us to exchange your unsuitable/faulty goods or give a refund where appropriate.
