CRC Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic
We wanted to reassure you about our response to the COVID-19 pandemic and isolation period. The CRC Team are continuing to work through these unprecedented times, albeit in a scaled-down capacity.
A key priority is to keep the CRC team safe and so we have taken steps to limit the headcount at our Woking offices and are rigorously observing the government guidelines on distancing.
To protect our valued customers we are not currently offering our while you wait repair service, though please
contact us if you would like to arrange for an item to be couriered to us for repair.
We are trying hard to support our customers on the front line in key worker roles to help keep our vital public services going and to support many other customers struggling to adapt to new business processes and routines as they self-isolate at home.
We will continue to monitor things and notify you if there are any significant changes.
