Canon (UK) Ltd's 3 Year, Next Working Day, On-Site Repair Service

• Includes service and parts for 3 years, excluding toner, and gives you access to the Helpdesk.
• The 3 year on-site option ensures that an authorised Canon engineer is dispatched within 24 hours of you placing a maintenance call. Once you've chosen this service, you won't have any additional costs for parts and labour during the contract period.
• You'll also be given a designated Helpdesk number, which you can call when you need to request support. After verifying the problem, an engineer will be sent to fix it. The authorised engineer will have all the parts and materials needed to maintain your products covered by the plan.

This Service is supplied through CRC but is operated by Canon (UK) Ltd. You cannot buy it direct from Canon
